1. General provisions

THALEA ARENA is a skill-based 1 vs 1 game played in THALEA tokens. The goal is to score more points than your opponent within a limited time. By taking part you accept these rules.

2. Participation

• Access requires identification by a Solana address.
• All in-game funds are expressed solely in THALEA tokens.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and address.

2a. Accepted token — important

• The game accepts only THALEA (mint 9ujBVNcT2jLxdMgmZedtX171292tLEX69osTtKAupump).
• Deposits of SOL or any other token are not credited to your game balance.
• Such funds are not refunded. By depositing other assets you accept permanent loss of those funds relative to the game.

3. Balance and stakes

• Before a match you hold a THALEA balance in the game.
• Opening a match or joining an existing one locks the chosen stake from your balance.
• Both players must stake the same amount — every match is for equal stakes.

4. Creating and joining matches

• You may open a match by setting your own stake in THALEA and waiting for an opponent.
• You may join an open match only if your balance is equal to or greater than the listed stake.
• When a pair is formed, the match starts automatically.

5. Gameplay

• Each match lasts 20 seconds.
• Diamonds appear on the play field.
• Each successful tap on a diamond awards 1 point.
• Only the number of correctly collected diamonds during the round counts.

6. Outcome

• Win — the player with more points receives the pot (sum of both stakes) minus a 4% platform fee.
• Loss — the loser’s stake goes to the winner’s pot.
• Draw — if points are equal, stakes are returned to both players; neither loses funds due to the result.

7. Fair play

• Bots, click-automation scripts, and any form of unfair play are forbidden.
• The operator may void a match result if there is reasonable suspicion of a rules violation.

8. Liability

• The game is entertainment based on digital tokens.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• The market value of THALEA may change outside the game; the game settles balances only in THALEA.

9. Final provisions

• The operator may update these rules; the version available in the game at match start applies.
• Matters not covered here are decided by the operator in line with equal opportunity for both players.
